Research Paper

Co-authored a research paper on the 30-year development of electronic materials in Bangladesh (1995–2024), focusing on charge mobility, band gap control, and device reliability. The research involved Python-based data analysis and visualization using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. The paper was presented at ICEI 2026, an international conference organized by the Bangladesh Electronics and Informatics Society (BEIS), held on 7–8 May 2026 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
